Spot all the primates on the loose!

Did you know that there are no fewer than 15 different types of primates just moving around among the visitors? You probably already know the famous red-backed squirrel monkey. But there are many more primates on the loose, which you can actually admire close-up!

If you look properly, you will see the beautifully striped tails of the ring-tailed lemurs between all the greenery around you, and the black-and-white ruffed lemurs enjoy sitting on a branch high up in the trees. You’ll come across over 20 Barbary macaques walking around in the Barbary macaques area. The youngest monkeys like swimming in the pond in hot weather, so keep a good eye on them!
