Park regulations
We aim to provide our guests with a carefree and enjoyable day at Apenheul. We have drawn up a number of rules to facilitate this. The full version of the Park Rules can be consulted at our visitors’ reception.
Payment
Cash payments is possible at the entrance, at the souvenir shop and at restaurant De Apegaap.
Fancy taking a monkey home with you? Sure! Why not? You’ll find an extensive range of stuffed animals and even more monkey and Apenheul souvenirs at our souvenir shop.
You can use WiFi and/or KPN hotspots throughout Apenheul.
Lost and found
Did you lose something at Apenheul? We put all items found in our park online. Click on the iLost button to see if your lost item has been found.
Have you not been able to find your lost item on the website after a week? Then we haven’t found it.
Is your lost item there? Then let us know! By answering a few questions, we’ll know for sure that it belongs to you. After that, it’s as simple as picking it up yourself or having it delivered to your home.
