Route and parking
Apenheul is located in Apeldoorn: in the heart of the stunning Veluwe, not even an hour away from Amsterdam! The route to Apenheul is signed clearly in and around Apeldoorn. Prefer to travel by public transport? The bus will bring to the bus stop of Apenheul.
Visitor address
The route to Apenheul walks through the city park Berg & Bos. The fun already starts at this walk, because along the way you’ll discover all about the animals in Apenheul!
Parking
Due to roadworks, navigate to our Berg & Bos car park and not to Apenheul for the correct route. Alternatively, follow the diversion signs along the route.
There is plenty of parking space close to Apenheul. Parking tickets are available via the QR code at the parking. Or buy your exit ticket in our webshop via de button below.
